Type BRM and BRF – Ball bearing
Our range of rod ends and spherical bearings also includes a series of ball bearing units. Ball bearing rod ends are mainly used at high speeds and light to medium loads. These provide a lower slip friction than sliding bearings. It comes with long-term grease and well encapsulated with sheet seals on both sides. In normal operation they are free of lubrication. At high temperatures, due to high speed or ambient temperature, they must be re-lubricated via existing lubrication nipple.
Available as standard sizes Ø6 with thread size M6 up to 30Ø with M30x2. Inside and outside threaded series. Even inch sizes from 1/4 “UNF to 1” UNF.
Example rpm/load:
Size M16: Max static load: 2350 N
Max rpm: 975
These two values are reduced in relation to each other.
Type BRTM and BRTF – Roller bearing
This range also includes a roller bearing series, which is chosen at higher speeds where no sliding bearings can withstand, and at higher loads than the ball bearings allow. Delivered with long-term grease and well encapsulated with plate seals on both sides. In normal operation they are lubrication-free, but should be lubricated with Cacium complex grease or the equivalent in extreme operation.
Available in standard sizes Ø12 M12 thread up to Ø30 with thread M30x2. Inside and outside threaded series. Even inch sizes from 1/2 “UNF to 1” UNF.
Example rpm/load:
Size M16: Max static load: 8900 N
Max rpm: 975
These two values are reduced in relation to each other.
