Drill bushings are used as drill guides in gigs and fixtures in a drilling template where hole patterns must conform precisely in a series. Many sizes are available in every tenth of a mm in inner diameter. We have both straight and with flange. These can be used as a sliding bearing for rotating and axially extending shafts (the shaft must be harder than the drill bushing).
These can be provided in stainless steel and having external grooves for gluing, and with flattened grinding to prevent rotation
